Ahead of your involvement in a MIA event, we kindly ask you to accept athe RELEASE FORM to allow filming, on-demand availability on MIA Digital, and promotional use.

The document has been pre-filled with your name, company, job role and represented project/panel and is ready for your signature.

To sign, please use the signature box below the document. You may use a trackpad, mouse, or stylus, depending on your device.

Once you have completed the signature, click on the "Save and Process" button.
The system will then generate a PDF copy of the signed Release Form for you to download.
A copy will also be automatically sent to your email address and to our production department.
