Ahead of your involvement in a MIA event, we kindly ask you to accept athe RELEASE FORM to allow filming, on-demand availability on MIA Digital, and promotional use.

The document has been pre-filled with your name, company, job role and represented project/panel and is ready for your signature.

To sign, please use the signature box below the document. You may use a trackpad, mouse, or stylus, depending on your device.

Once you have completed the signature, click on the "Save and Process" button.
The system will generate the signed Release Form in PDF format and send it to your email for your records.
A copy will also be automatically sent to our production department.
